RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please read below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- You are entitled to cancel your order and return the items within 14 days for a refund less the cost of shipping the items to you initially. To do this, contact us by email and quote the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of items returning to our warehouse. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the items, so we would recommend taking out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if items are faulty or misdescribed.
- Change or Cancel Orders: Please contact our Customer Services team for advice on [email protected] , Monday to Friday. Please be ready to quote your order number. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
- Other Information: No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective, and you are returning it for this reason.
- Returning Faulty items: If your parcel arrives damaged, please either do not accept it or report it immediately. In the unlikely scenario that a parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours by email to collect and resend your item.
